Monday 13th November is world kindness day and the launch of the #CaptureKindness Challenge from the ‘Random Acts of Kindness Foundation‘. As a RAKTIVIST (someone that promotes and actively engages in random acts of kindness) I will be taking part in the challenge and I would love to see as many people from Language Learners Journal and other language learning communities take part too!
The challenge runs from 13th Nov ’17 – 17 Feb ’18 and is a 14-week opportunity to share and capture acts of kindness both on and offline.
Every week has a different theme and you can search ‘#CaptureKindness‘ on social media to get some inspiring ideas on how to help others.
“Let’s show the world that kindness is everywhere when we choose to focus on it.” ~ The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation
The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation is offering some awesome prizes for those who can complete the challenge. Check out their awesome website for more information. Language Learner’s Journal is supporting the challenge and we will also be making weekly prompts, but with an additional language learning theme!
